煤巷超前探测电法仪恒流模块设计

Design of Constant Current Module for Electrical Advanced Detection Instrument Used in Roadway

摘要: 基于单端反激开关电源原理设计并制作了高精度,高可控制性恒流模块,给出了关键部分电路参数的详细设计和计算过程。最后对模块的恒流精度和可控性进行了实验测试,并且给出了该模块在双频激电法超前探测激励信号发送系统中的应用实例。另外该恒流模块还可用于直流电阻率法、激发极化法及其他不同电法超前探所需电法仪的激励信号发送系统。

Abstract: A high precious and controllable constant current module is designed, basing on the principle of single-ended flyback switching power supply. Then, the detailed design and calculation process of some key circuit parameters are proposed. Finally an experiment is taken to test its constant current accuracy and controllability. In addition, this module can be used for excitation signal transmission systems of DC resistivity method, induced polarization method and other different electrical advanced detection methods.
